Public Spaces

We are going above and beyond our normal protocols with high traffic public area. We are cleaning surfaces with EPA recommend product, increased frequency.

Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing are available , at our front desks, Housekeeper stations.

Social Distancing

Signage in public spaces remind our guests to maintain social distancing.

Guest Rooms

We enhance throughly cleaning protocols to clean all surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants.  A complimentary bottle of hand sanitizer is in each room.

New Cleaning Technology

We have enhanced technologies including UV wand to sanitize surfaces. We also have the Virus destroying dust allergen HEPA Air cleaner after finish cleaning the room as the final step.

 We always will be using the highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization to treat known pathogens.
Cleaning Regimen Changes


When guests check into our Inn over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to the regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness. Specific areas of focus include:


  • Surface Areas: In public spaces requiring that surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. The company will also be placing disinfecting wipes in each room for guests’ personal use.
  • Guest Contact: To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact,  signage in the lobby  to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols. 
  • Food Safety: We eliminate our continental breakfast and suppliment with grab and go snacks and drinks.
